Hey guys! I finished the Vampire Diaries: Awakening and it was a very good read (especially when I'm stuck at home without any power) and I gotta say it was no surprise that Stefan Salvatore turned out to be a vampire who was turned by his past lover, Katherine, in the Renaissance era with his brother Damon. Apparently, Elena didn't mind her boyfriend being a vampire and still loved him just the same. But the cliffhanger in all of this, in the end Damon tells Stefan to back off of Elena, or else. Even though Stefan tries to get rid of his brother,Damon's Powers are no match for Stefan, so something goes terribly wrong. Elena has not seen Stefan since and she knows who has taken him from her. The same man who killed her European History teacher. The same man who attacked Vickie Bennett.Damon. Stay tuned to know more about the second book The Vampire Diaries: The Struggle

Sydney, it is awesome to see how much you love reading! I began skimming this post and realized that there may be some spoilers in it... so I stopped in hopes of reading the book myself someday. I would love to hear a list of your top 10 favorite books currently. I'm always looking for suggestions of good reads. What would you recommend?
